Subprocessors
MerchantsBI engages a limited set of trusted third-party companies — known as subprocessors — to help us deliver, secure, and support our platform. This page lists every subprocessor we authorize to process customer data, what they do, and where they operate. We update it whenever this list changes.

In accordance with our Data Processing Agreement (§ 5) and Terms of Service (§ 6.6), MerchantsBI will provide notice before authorizing any new subprocessor. Customers may object to a new subprocessor in writing within ten (10) days of posting by contacting Support@MerchantsBI.com. Absent a timely objection, the new subprocessor is deemed approved.
